Factor is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Goodyear, AZ to maintain and repair complex machinery, production equipment, and facilities. You will troubleshoot issues, read blueprints, and follow GMP/TPM/LEAN/OSHA standards while supporting a fast-paced production schedule.

Shifts available: Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00pm–5:30am. Competitive hourly rate, PTO, health benefits, and employee discounts on HelloFresh plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 1+ years general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in manufacturing/production.
• Qualified to handle electrical components, controls, and HVAC.
• Able to read blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
• Strong mechanical/technical maintenance; operate power tools and service basic devices.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair complex machinery (conveyor, HVAC equipment, scanners, doors).
• Maintain and repair production equipment; troubleshoot breakdowns.
• Inspect facilities; prioritize repairs to avoid production interruption.
• Coordinate with production to meet schedules; report major concerns.
