Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, reliable operation of manufacturing equipment. You will support production goals, maintain GMPs, and contribute to continuous improvement.

This role requires strong electrical, mechanical, and automation knowledge, the ability to interpret diagrams, and willingness to work the 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM rotating AWS schedule. Base pay is $32.95/hr plus $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, and relay logic.
• Electrical, mechanical, and electronic troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical docs: blueprints, schematics, P&IDs.
• Experience using electrical testing tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with maintenance software systems.
• Willingness to work all shifts, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license; ability to obtain forklift/aerial lift certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, repair, troubleshoot, and improve facility and production equipment.
• Support production by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability.
• Complete PM activities and corrective repairs.
• Perform equipment inspections, rebuilds, calibrations, and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Perform electrical installations per NEC requirements.
• Use testing equipment like voltmeters, meggers, ohm meters.
• Execute planned/unplanned maintenance in the CMMS.
• Conduct RCA, BDA analyses to prevent recurring failures.
• Utilize predictive maintenance technologies (vibration, thermal, ultrasound, oil).
