You will handle electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and HVAC responsibilities, and assist in completing service orders with attention to safety and quality.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read orders, and willingness to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus.
• Experience across electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and appliances.
• Able to read service orders and safety rules; OSHA/MSDS knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Turnover and renovation work on units and respond to maintenance service requests.
• Perform internal and external repairs: drywall, painting, plumbing, appliances, boilers and HVAC.
• Operate tools and fabrications equipment to repair parts and fixtures.
• Maintain inventory and keep facilities orderly; participate in after-hours coverage as needed.
