Neighborly Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our team at the Boulevard. This role supports the maintenance team in upkeep, make-ready turns, and resident service requests, ensuring safety and quality standards across properties.

The position involves routine repairs, groundskeeping, and property appearance tasks, with a focus on compliance with safety regulations and a strong commitment to resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of maintenance repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned maintenance duties following laws and regulations.
• Assist with apartment make-ready, move-out inspections, and coordination of painting and vendor access.
• Maintain grounds, inspect and complete work orders, and support safety programs.
• Ensure shop, equipment, and work areas meet OSHA and company standards.
• Provide strong customer service to residents and maintain on-site attendance.
