Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical docs.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team in inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment (injection molding).
• Interpret schematics and manuals to diagnose issues across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Manage work orders, schedule maintenance, and document activities with minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with production and engineering to align maintenance with schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping rules are followed and mentor staff on best practices.
