Georgia-Pacific's Leominster, MA facility is seeking a qualified Maintenance Mechanic to support the injection molding operation. The role involves maintaining molding machinery, robotics used in automation, and other manufacturing equipment while upholding safety rules and PPE requirements.

The position offers daytime shifts with some weekends/holidays/overtime as needed. A basic tool set is required, and experience with CMMS/SAP is beneficial at Koch companies' standards and practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial maintenance or similar role.
• Experience in preventive, predictive and reliability-based maintenance.
• Experience with lubrication, precision measurement, alignment and condition monitoring.
• Experience using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and adhere to all facility safety policies and regulations.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair equipment to optimize performance using maintenance best practices.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on drives, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, valves and injection molding machines.
• Identify root causes and apply problem solving methods to eliminate failures.
• Cross train and assist in maintenance and operational areas.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to prioritize maintenance needs.
• Follow verbal and written instructions to complete tasks.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing/pulling, bending and climbing.
• Learn and use the CMMS system.
