Job summary

IPL Schoeller is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plastic injection molding facilities in Goodyear, AZ. The role requires hands-on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repair, and collaboration with Product Development for product transfers.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of experience in plastic injection molding, read parts breakdowns, and read electrical/hydraulic schematics. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–4 years minimum experience in plastic injection molding manufacturing.
• Ability to read parts breakdown and electrical/hydraulic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical interface to Product Development for smooth transfer of products and processes.
• Repair machines including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; work on tall silos.
• Record operational data for set-up and preventive maintenance records.
• Comply with OSHA standards and quality control systems for parts and tooling.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance procedures for equipment.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing team across processes and facilities.
• Read and interpret machine electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
