Job summary

Maker's Pride in McComb, OH, seeks a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain production machinery, inspect equipment, and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols. You will perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment failures to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include reading schematics, using power and basic hand tools, and documenting issues. Candidates should have a 2-year trades degree or 4 years of plant maintenance experience, plus strong English

Qualifications

• Requires 2-year trades degree and/or 4 years plant maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment on production lines.
• Perform preventative maintenance from daily to semi-annual.
• Read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Troubleshoot minor issues without direct supervision.
• Maintain clean and safe work area in accordance with procedures.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures; promote safety culture.
• Document issues and repairs; communicate through daily pass-downs.
