Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is hiring an Electrician I to maintain and repair production equipment at the McComb, OH facility. The role requires setting up electrical systems, reading schematics, and applying technical knowledge to ensure safe, accurate repairs.

Responsibilities include equipment set-ups, wiring installation, preventive maintenance interpretation, and PLC troubleshooting. The position demands mechanical/ electrical aptitude with adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Four years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain and set up all production equipment as needed.
• Ensure repairs and set-ups are performed safely and accurately.
• Perform set-ups per manufacturer requirements.
• Plan layout, install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment.
• Read and understand manufacturer’s preventative maintenance recommendations.
• Perform production set-ups and inspections in a timely manner.
• Maintain tools and equipment needed for duties.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and electrical systems.
