Qualifications

• 1-3 years minimum in a leadership role.
• 3 - 7 years of related work experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting up to 480V desired.

• Coordinate and direct technicians for maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Document work through CMMS and drive accountability.
• Mentor junior mechanics and operators.
