Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I or II in Geneva, Illinois. The technician will perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and maintenance on machines and equipment. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $28.30 to $34.00 with a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000.

Key responsibilities include maintenance adherence to safety policies, diagnosing problems, and communicating effectively within the team. Candidates should have a 2-year trades degree or equivalent experience. Benefits begin on the 90th day of employment.

Qualifications

• Completion or progress in a 2-year trades degree or 4 years of plant maintenance experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Legible record-keeping and problem-solving abilities.
