Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and appealing property in collaboration with management.
• Attend morning meetings to communicate vendor appointments and tasks.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff on projects and special maintenance tasks.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, keeping them trash-free.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs.
• Mow, weed, edge, and maintain common areas and vacant lots.
• Repair irrigation systems as needed.
• Move heavy objects and operate maintenance trucks as required.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
