Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Maintenance - Level I to perform HVAC repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance across a community.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to uphold high maintenance standards and ensure safety and cleanliness of the property. The role requires 1–3 years of technical construction/maintenance experience, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of direct technical work experience (irrigation, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs and adjustments.
• Repair plumbing.
• Carpentry and light construction tasks.
• Repair appliances as needed.
• Maintain irrigation systems.
