Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of direct technical work experience in irrigation, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and appealing property in coordination with management.
• Attend daily staff meetings to report progress and planned work.
• Communicate with other maintenance staff and management on ongoing projects.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, removing trash and debris.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs.
• Perform irrigation system repairs and related tasks.
• Move heavy objects and operate maintenance trucks as needed.
• Monitor inventory and supplies; assist with miscellaneous duties as assigned.
