Qualifications
- 1+ year of related apartment maintenance experience
- Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- CADL, clean DMV and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Perform basic plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, minor pipe work)
- Paint interior units and common areas, prepare surfaces
- Electrical repairs (switches, cords, ballasts, bulbs, breakers)
- Lock replacement and keying
- Screen door repair and drywall touchups
- Turnover unit detailing and completing within 5 days
