Travel + Leisure Co. in Kailua, Hawaii, is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to ensure all resort units and buildings are in optimal working order, delivering quality guest experiences through reliable upkeep and proactive service.

You will perform general maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks, including painting, minor electrical, carpentry, and landscape work, while adhering to safety programs and collaborating with a team.

Qualifications

• Basic handyman skills required.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision.
• Handle service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, and general repair includes: doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape, including trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; adhere to safety programs.
