Responsibilities include routine maintenance, repairs (painting, appliances, electrical, carpentry), make-ready work, and landscape upkeep, with a focus on safety and compliance. A professional demeanor and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficient operation.
• Perform service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape: trash removal and general landscape work.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; adhere to safety programs.
