Responsibilities include painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry, landscape upkeep, and inspecting building systems. A professional appearance and safety compliance are essential for success in this onsite role.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed and replace general fixtures as needed.
• Repair doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outdoor landscape and trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; follow safety programs.
