Travel + Leisure Co. is looking for a Maintenance Tech I in Hawaii to ensure every unit and building are in optimal condition. You will use maintenance skills, provide guest-ready spaces, and deliver quality service with a positive, can-do attitude.

The role includes performing repairs, make-ready maintenance, and landscape upkeep while following safety programs and collaborating with the team. This position starts at $23.50/hr with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficient operation.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain exterior landscaping, including trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; adhere to safety programs.
