Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Maintenance Tech I to ensure all guest units and buildings are in top condition. You will perform general maintenance, handle repairs such as painting, appliance issues, minor electrical and carpentry, and prepare units for new guests.

You’ll also maintain outdoor areas, monitor building systems, and report any deficiencies while adhering to safety programs. Local candidates preferred in Hawaii.

Qualifications

• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Perform service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Make-readies: maintenance for units as directed; inspect and repair fixtures and fittings.
• Clean and maintain exterior landscaping and trash removal; report deficiencies to supervisor.
