Travel + Leisure Co. in Hawaii seeks a Maintenance Tech I to perform general facility maintenance and respond to service requests, ensuring every unit and building is in excellent working order.

You will handle painting, appliance repair, minor electrical and carpentry, inspect building systems, maintain outdoor areas, and follow safety programs to deliver quality results and guest satisfaction.

• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Address service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outdoor landscaping; trash removal and upkeep.
