Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to ensure each unit and building is in top working order, applying your maintenance skills and guest-focused service. You'll perform general maintenance, repairs (painting, appliances, minor electrical, carpentry), and make-ready work to prepare units for guests.

Qualifications

• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure optimum quality and operations.
• Perform service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance for make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape; trash removal and general landscape work.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; adhere to safety programs.
