You will install, repair, and rekey locks, complete service requests promptly, and participate in preventive maintenance while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
