Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Waterford Landing to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical tasks. You will support the Service Manager and help maintain resident comfort and safety within the community.

The role requires at least one year in apartment maintenance, a valid license, and a flexible schedule. On-site work with opportunities for growth and monthly bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
