Mennel Milling Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plant equipment reliability and safety programs. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing mechanical and electrical systems, and maintaining an audit-ready facility. Training and collaboration with the maintenance team are essential.

Location varies with shifts; 7:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–07:00 or a 12‑hour rotating shift including weekends. A 2‑year technical background plus 5+ years in related fields is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and a 2-year technical degree in electronics, mechatronics, mechanics, welding, automation or related area.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in flour milling, food processing or related manufacturing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow GMP, OSHA, HACCP and safety guidelines and attend required training.
• Maintain plant equipment reliability and repair mechanical/electrical problems.
• Operate as part of the maintenance team to solve equipment issues.
• Repair and maintain machinery per manuals and diagrams.
• Document repairs and modifications; initiate requisition for parts.
• Lead maintenance duties in supervisor's absence when needed.
