Job summary
Schwan's Company in Salina, AZ is seeking a maintenance technician for the pack/production area. Starting pay is $25.00 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential for 3 p.m. – 6 a.m.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, two-year degree preferred
- 0–2 years of related maintenance experience
- Ability to read and interpret safety documents, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to complete work orders and enter paperwork into a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment (conveyors, mixers, ovens, packaging machines) to keep production running smoothly
- Follow food safety rules and use proper cleaning procedures and food-grade materials
- Handle emergency repairs to minimize downtime
- Manage spare parts and tools inventory for quick fixes
- Work safely and follow OSHA regulations and company rules
