Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience.
• Beginner exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds & common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
• Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a basic tool kit.
• Complete required training and compliance courses.
• This role may include additional duties consistent with the position.
