Position Summary for the Maintenance Technician | Automation Technician | Controls Technician :

We are seeking experienced Maintenance, Automation, or Controls Technicians. Multiple opportunities are available across various industries, focusing on different equipment types.

Responsibilities include maintaining or performing controls on equipment such as injection molding presses, stamping presses, CNC machines, conveyors, sensors, vision systems, photo eyes, cameras, and robotic equipment (ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, Panasonic, OTC, Motoman, and others). Applications include welding, pick and place, material handling, painting, resistance welding, sealing, and more.

Software experience should include Allen Bradley, Siemens V7, RS Logix 5000, Studio Logix 5000, Omron, Mitsubishi, or similar.

Shift Times:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (8-hour days) and 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (10-hour days); must be available to work until 4:30 PM when needed. (Monday – Friday & half-day on Saturday)
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM or 2:30 PM to 2:30 AM (flexible start times); varies between 8 and 10-hour shifts. (Monday – Friday & half-day on Saturday)
• 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM or 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM (flexible start times); varies between 8 and 10-hour shifts. (Monday – Friday & half-day on Saturday)

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Maintain or perform controls on various equipment and applications as listed above.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic maintenance.
• Ability to read, edit, troubleshoot, and debug logic; programming from scratch is a plus.
• Use blueprints, schematics, and print specifications to wire, install, and replace components.

Repair machinery to meet specifications, manufacturer requirements, and applicable codes using diagnostic tools. Collect input from operators, technicians, and supervisors to troubleshoot and evaluate work orders.

Troubleshooting, Debugging, and Preventative Maintenance:

• Assist in startup procedures, testing functions and safety devices to ensure proper operation.

Obtain work orders, parts, and tools to complete repairs. Participate in process improvement initiatives.

• Experience in welding, fitting, fabricating, manual machining.

Compensation Range:

• Hourly: $35.00 to $50.00

Overtime:

• Time and a half after 40 hours; double time on Sundays.
