Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support a large Tucson campus and cross-train for downtown client buildings. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, repairs, and system adjustments across interior and exterior assets.

You will perform routine checks, respond to repairs, and liaise with vendors. Strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 100 lbs are required, with an on-call rotation and valid driver’s license.

• Must have general maintenance experience in operating commercial buildings and equipment.
• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Participate in on-call, after-hours and weekend rotation.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use common software.

Job Description:Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Maintenance Technician I to join our team in Tucson! This role will be a primarily stationary position supporting a 350-acre campus on the southeast side of town. There will be scheduled cross-training to support the clients downtown building as well.
