Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team in Tucson! This role will be primarily stationary, supporting a management team that oversees a 350‑acre campus on the southeast side of town and a high‑rise office building in downtown. The facilities management staff handles a variety of tasks related to the exterior, interior, and critical building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems.
• Conduct daily rounds and interpret system readings.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor work.
• Perform general repairs and adjustments to building systems, lighting, and plumbing.

Qualifications

• Must have general maintenance experience in the operation of commercial buildings and equipment.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Ability to participate in on‑call, after‑hours, and weekend rotations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants.
• Valid driver’s license, clear driving record, and ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to work from a ladder, work overhead, handle environmental conditions, and be aware of equipment sounds.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of excellence.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to make adjustments and repairs.
• Microsoft 365 software experience.
