Ryan Companies US, Inc. in Tucson seeks a Maintenance Technician I to support a 350-acre campus on the southeast side of town, with cross-training to assist downtown building clients. The role covers exterior, interior and critical building systems within facilities management.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience in commercial buildings and equipment.
• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• On-call, after-hours and weekend rotation participation.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable with common software.
• Excellent verbal communication when interacting with occupants.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems.
• Conduct daily rounds and interpret system readings.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor work.
• Perform general repairs/adjustments to building systems, lighting, and plumbing.
