Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our Tucson campus team. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, conduct rounds, and oversee vendor work across multiple sites on a 350-acre campus.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Weekly rotation including on-call duties is expected; experience with HVAC and Microsoft 365 is a plus.

• General maintenance experience in commercial buildings and equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to participate in on-call, after-hours and weekend rotation.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft 365 familiarity.

This role will be a primarily stationary position supporting a 350-acre campus on the southeast side of town. There will be scheduled cross-training to support the clients downtown building as well. The account is Facilities Management, staff handles a variety of tasks related to the exterior, interior and critical building systems.
