Highmark Residential, LLC in Providence at Marine Creek is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform essential on-site maintenance for the apartment community. The role encompasses carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and lock work to keep units ready and safe for residents.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
• Maintain company safety standards

Physical Requirements:

• Moves objects from one floor to another
• Frequently bends/stoops, climbs stairs, kneels, balances, reaches above shoulder height, walks, and twists
• Has normal range of vision, hearing and speech
