Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at Providence at Marine Creek in Fort Worth, TX. You will perform carpentry, electrical, painting and plumbing tasks across the apartment community, install and rekey deadbolt locks, and help keep service requests on track.

Ideal candidates are punctual, dependable self-starters with make-ready and apartment maintenance experience, able to work a flexible schedule and on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call as required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.

Responsibilities
