Maryland Management Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for one of our apartment communities. This role oversees daily maintenance operations, supervises staff, and ensures the property is kept to company standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, completing work orders, troubleshooting HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems, coordinating turnovers, and managing vendor work. On-call rotations and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Prior apartment maintenance experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Valid HVAC/EPA certification required.
• Reliable transportation and personal hand tools required.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies as part of an on-call rotation.
