Maryland Management is seeking an on-site Apartment Maintenance Technician to support our Maryland portfolio. You will perform resident work orders, complete apartment turnovers, and handle after-hours emergencies while following safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair skills, with HVAC EPA 608 certification preferred. A reliable vehicle and your own tools are required; background check and drug screening apply.

1. Completion of resident work orders
2. Apartment Turnovers
3. Emergency on-call maintenance after hours
4. Snow Removal
5. Follow safety procedures while performing duties
6. Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• HVAC (EPA 608) certification preferred
• Apartment Maintenance experience preferred
• Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills
• Must have a reliable transportation
• Must have your own tools
• Upon conditional offer, background check and pre-employment drug screening required
