Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair primary and auxiliary production equipment and plant systems. You will perform hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance, carry out preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality in daily operations.

You will be responsible for reading blueprints, diagnosing issues, and communicating effectively with coworkers to support continuous improvement and 5S practices in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing plant equipment using blueprints or schematics.
• Ability to read hydraulic and pneumatic system diagrams and interpret schematics.
• Proficient with tools and basic computer tasks including email and documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork to maintain a safe, efficient plant.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs alone or 80 lbs with team lift.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair primary and auxiliary production equipment and plant systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and support equipment.
• Operate hydraulic/pneumatic systems and follow blueprints and drawings.
• Inspect machines for wear and safety hazards; lubricate as required.
• Document actions and train others on work instructions when needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• Maintain 5S in the work area and adhere to safety policies.
• Collaborate with maintenance, safety, and production teams.
