Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Up to 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with automated equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machine systems; assist with installation and modification of integrated systems.
• Diagnose automated equipment; isolate problems in sensors, controllers, encoders, servomotors.
• Repair production equipment across electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
• Complete shift start-up paperwork and traceability records.
• Perform preventive maintenance and uptime improvements.
• Conduct changeovers and line clearances.
• Assist training of new Technicians and maintain 5S in work areas.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company procedures.
