Job summary

Paramark Corp is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and routine maintenance at two Rochester properties in Minnesota. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with an hourly wage range of $28 to $32.

The job requires hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical work, plus familiarity with hand and power tools. On-call availability and a team-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical experience.
Experience with hand tools and power tools.
Basic computer skills with the ability to use email.
Be a team player and available for on-call / after-hours emergency calls

Responsibilities

Diagnosing and performing minor and routine maintenance in a timely fashion.
Ensure all service requests are completed daily.
Accurately document work performed through our electronic work order system.
Inspect vacated units and create make-ready checklists.
Complete special projects as assigned and prioritized by the Property Manager.
Inspect the exterior of the property for needed preventative maintenance or repairs.
Coordinate with the Property Manager daily.
Perform and report on all work according to safety standards of the company, OSHA, and health codes.
