Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain boilers, pool equipment, pumps, motors, and related systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests, work orders, equipment issues, and building emergencies.
• Inspect properties regularly for safety, maintenance, and improvement opportunities.
• Complete minor carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general building repairs.
