The position involves overseeing daily maintenance, coordinating with the Property Manager, and performing routine tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. Candidates should be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, etc.
• Experience with hand tools including tape measure, square, level, hand saw, chisel, cutters, pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, etc.
• Experience with power tools, including grinders, drills, various saws, rotary hammers, sanders, routers, planers, nail guns, air compressors, etc.
• Experience with mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, compressors, blowers, etc.
• Experience with measuring devices such as voltmeters, multimeters, ohmmeters, PH tests, etc.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use email
• Yardi / Voyager experience preferred
• Be organized and efficient.
• Be accountable and responsible.
• Be able to function as a team player
• Be available for on-call

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure upkeep of the property under supervision.
• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance in a timely fashion.
• Complete or oversee preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Order parts and supplies and maintain inventory.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager daily and follow safety standards.
