Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems across its apartment communities. You will install appliances as needed and ensure service orders are completed promptly.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, EPA Type I/II and HVAC certifications preferred. You must communicate clearly, stay organized, and be on-call for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
