You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues, ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable laws while delivering timely service.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards and laws.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate clearly with residents and office staff regarding repairs.
