Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical needs at its residential properties in the Austin area. The role includes installing appliances as needed and delivering prompt resident service.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, and strong HVAC knowledge; HVAC and EPA Type I/II certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC troubleshooting knowledge; HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver''s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical). Install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Help maintain exterior of the property to ensure curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
