Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to repair and service residential units across our properties. The role involves plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical work, plus appliance installation as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and HVAC knowledge; HVAC certification and EPA Type I/II are preferred. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical); install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Assist in maintaining property exterior for curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• This position will support sister properties The Ames and The Radler.
