Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and routine maintenance across our apartment communities. The role includes HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical tasks, and appliance installations as needed.

Candidates should have HVAC knowledge, EPA I/II certification preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication and reliability are essential for after-hours emergencies and daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance with HVAC troubleshooting and repair.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical) and install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly and accurately.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and property cleanliness.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
