Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair apartment systems, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. You’ll install new appliances and help keep residents satisfied through timely service.

We value dependable team players who communicate clearly, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks while upholding safety standards. The role may require on‑call after hours and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC system troubleshooting experience; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to apartment community systems (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Help maintain exterior property curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety laws.
