Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our residential property management team in Atlanta, GA. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems, install appliances, and support curb appeal and safety compliance.

We value initiative, reliability, and teamwork. The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies may be required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Role may require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems; install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and property cleanliness.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
