You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing and electrical issues, address resident requests promptly, and help with inspections, turnovers, and after-hours emergencies. A high school diploma and HVAC/EPA credentials are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC/EPA certifications or similar credentials are a plus.
• Hands-on maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on property systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Address and resolve resident maintenance requests promptly.
• Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to prioritize work orders.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain organized inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and move-ins.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and participate in on-call rotation.
