Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Mount Juliet, TN to provide skilled maintenance and exceptional service to residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor, support apartment turnover, and help maintain safe, well-kept property operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on repairs, preventive maintenance, and responsive communication with residents, with opportunities for growth toward a Maintenance Supervisor position.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repair.
• EPA certification preferred; required within 90 days if applicable.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent technical maintenance repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and related systems.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and follow turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.) and monitor exterior for issues.
• Support preventive maintenance program and ensure safe equipment operation.
• Keep inventory of tools and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Adhere to safety rules and communicate effectively with residents.
• Be willing to work on-call hours.
